As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you’ll support Grace Revolution Church by ensuring church assets, media resources, and finances are properly and accurately stewarded.


  • Are meticulous, fastidious, sharp and have a good eye for numbers
  • Are excellent at follow-up
  • Can lead and manage volunteers with grace, and are calm and positive under pressure
  • Have a collaborative spirit and work well in teams
  • Demonstrate effective personal time management, and are able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects
  • Use English as your primary language, and have good written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, in person)
  • Are flexible on work hours and days as this position requires working on weekends and some evenings
  • Have a heart for God, the ministry, the local church, and people
  • Are passionate about impacting communities with the gospel of grace and seeing lives transformed by a revelation of Jesus and His love


  • You’ll provide end-to-end administrative support for claims, expenses, and purchases
  • You’ll manage the petty cash fund and provide accurate accounting for it
  • You’ll help ensure events-related finances (e.g. registration fees and payments) are properly accounted for
  • You’ll coordinate and support operations, people, and systems for the Resource Counter
  • You’ll ensure proper documentation and tracking of the church’s fixed assets and media resources
  • You’ll assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping functions
  • 2–3 years of related work experience
  • Willingness to work on Sundays
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Experience in problem solving


  • 2–3 years of related experience in a church setting
  • College degree (preferably specializing in accounting)
