We Are Praying For Texas

Dear friends,

Wendy, myself, and our entire ministry are deeply saddened by the losses and damage caused by Hurricane Harvey. Our hearts and our thoughts are with the people of Texas.

If you and your loved ones have been affected by the recent storms and Hurricane Harvey, know that the Lord feels your pain and He is both able and willing to provide for and restore to you.

Beloved, we are praying the Lord’s presence, peace, and supply over you and your loved ones. At the same time, we are also supporting various disaster relief efforts on the ground that are providing practical help to those affected by the devastation.

May this verse from Isaiah 41:10 encourage you:

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

For those of you asking how you can be involved, we invite you to join us in praying Psalm 91, the prayer of protection, over the people of Texas and the rescue efforts on the ground there. I want to encourage you to also prayerfully consider sowing into Samaritan’s Purse, which has deployed Disaster Relief Units to Texas to provide practical aid to victims of Hurricane Harvey.

My friend, the Lord loves you. You are constantly on His heart and He is so close to you. In the days to come, continue to trust in Him—your refuge, your strong tower, and your very present help in time of need.

With love,
Joseph Prince
