At the beginning of last year, I began to experience anxiety attacks because of the stress I was under. It got so bad that I couldn’t sleep for days at a time.

During that dark time, I started to watch Pastor Joseph Prince’s videos on YouTube daily. I even began to read his book Live the Let-Go Life. Through the videos and book, the love of God began to work in me. I started to experience His peace that surpasses all understanding, and the anxiety attacks lessened every day until they were completely gone.

Soon after, I was able to sleep by simply trusting in God’s love for me and the finished work at the cross. Now, I sleep peacefully at night, knowing how loved I am and how much Jesus cares for me. I can let go of everything into His hands!
