I am twenty-four years old and was bound to viewing pornography since I was about fourteen years old.

In November 2014, I heard a testimony shared by Pastor Prince. It was about a man who was completely freed from his smoking addiction—even the desire to smoke was gone—just by confessing that he is the righteousness of God in Christ. I knew I wanted the same results for my addiction and decided to do what the man did.

When the desire to look at pornography came, I did not try to stop myself. I confessed, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ,” and “I cannot but Christ can,” even when I looked at pornography. Two months later, I had no more desire to look at pornography!

I was also told that I have become better at my job. I was not even trying to be better but was just allowing God’s grace to operate in my life.
