I grew up in church, where I went through all the motions of being a Christians. But I was never able to have a genuine relationship with Jesus and receive Him until I came across Pastor Joseph Prince’s teaching. His ministry has empowered me to know and trust Jesus.

I am 56 years old and had been a smoker since I was 15. But praise God, I no longer smoke and have not done so in three years. What is also amazing is that like Pastor Prince has said, quitting was effortless. I know this doesn’t seem like a big deal to some, but it was huge for me.

I hated smoking, not only because it effected my health, but I hated the way it made me feel. However, I wasn’t able to quit smoking even though I’d tried everything. But when I encountered Jesus, it was not hard. I simply prayed, saying, “Holy Spirit, I want you to have a clean place to dwell. Only you can make that happen.” He embraced me and changed me forever.
