Pastor Prince, I grew up in a Christian household and was taught good morals from a young age. I never really got into trouble and always performed well in school.

However, when I was eighteen, I got into a relationship and committed sexual sins. I honestly did not feel anything amiss as such a relationship was a norm at that time. But after a while, I started feeling so ashamed and condemned that I became short-tempered and could not sleep at night. My relationship with my family was also affected.

Around that time, my mother started watching your program on Daystar Television and Trinity Broadcasting Network. She would download your sermons and listen to them whenever she was home. Whether I liked it or not, I could hear them as well.

Your messages appealed to me and I started following your ministry a few months later. As I learned about my Abba Father’s love for me and how Jesus took all my judgment and shame upon Himself at the cross, I felt the weight of guilt and condemnation lift off my shoulders. I also started confessing my righteousness in Christ and was able to sleep better after.

Gradually, I regained confidence in Christ and was able to leave the sinful relationship a year and a half later. Although I feared I would continue to live promiscuously, the Lord helped me prevent that as I learned to depend on Him.

I am now twenty years old and I am glad to say that I haven’t been sexually active since I left the relationship. Praise Jesus! On the other hand, my relationship with my mother, which had been totally ruined, has been completely restored.
