On February 1, 2015, I fell, breaking my left hip and injuring my right shoulder. I had surgery but spent the year unable to walk more than ten minutes without developing leg spasms. These spasms would last for days each time. It looked like I needed to undergo another surgery.

Sometime later, I experienced severe lower back pain while driving home from an eleven-hour road trip. During the drive, I was listening to Pastor Prince’s podcast entitled, Discerning The Lord’s Body For Greater Health, and learned about the Holy Communion. I decided to get off the road and get hold of some Holy Communion elements.

I partook of the Holy Communion and listened to the podcast again for at least five more times. Over the following two weeks, I continued taking the Holy Communion and found that I could walk for forty-five minutes with NO leg spasms! I was so astounded. My back pain has also been greatly reduced.

I’m so encouraged knowing that my body will continue to heal and be aligned with God’s Word. I also noticed a great reduction of the fear I have toward pain.
