I was raised in church and have been a believer since I was five years old.

The works-based doctrine of combining teachings of the law with the gospel of grace resulted in toxic, confusing mixture for me. When circumstances became contrary to my prayers and expectations, the voice of condemnation convinced me I had failed God and He was displeased with me. No matter what I did, I thought my failures disqualified me from God’s blessings.

As I entered my 40s, I was still struggling to work and gain God’s favor. My emotional health, finances, and physical well-being collapsed.

It was during this season of struggle that I caught Pastor Prince teaching on television while channel surfing. His unquestionable ability to reveal Jesus and His abundance of grace has set me free!

My old ways of thinking still surface occasionally, so I continue to listen, watch, and read Pastor Prince’s materials daily. My mind is renewed and I’m getting better every day.

I know I am the disciple whom Jesus loves!
