A friend of mine who was receiving the Holy Communion daily after viewing your teaching convinced me that I should do the same. Reluctant at first, but impressed by his passion, I decided to partake of it regularly.

As I was preparing for my 30-day challenge, the Lord spoke to my heart to abstain from junk food for the 30 days, and to take the Communion. I felt the Holy Spirit saying this to me: “With one hand raised you ask Me to heal you, and with the other hand you keep poisoning yourself. What am I to do with your request?”

So for 30 days, I abstained from junk food and celebrated the Communion every day. It is now four months later and I am still celebrating the Communion every day. I have also lost over 30 pounds.

The other day, I had my three-month average diabetes test done and this was the doctor’s response: “It is as if you don’t have diabetes at all!” Praise the Lord!
