Since I began believing right with the help of teachings from Joseph Prince Ministries, wonderful things have happened. My family members and I have also been positively influencing troubled teenagers.

Recently, I had it in my heart to accept into our home a troubled teenager whom no one wanted. She had a troubled past, but many signs told me that things were going to be all right, so I had no fear.

She has been with us for several months now and has gone from being an F student to making the honor roll twice in a row. She has aced her college entrance test and has the highest grades in her English and Math classes. She follows all our rules, is respectful, and brings such wonderful light-heartedness and fun to our home.

She is college-bound, wants to be a brain surgeon, and blesses us more than we have blessed her. Through prayer and provision, God provided for her health insurance and all her financial needs. We got connected with agents and businesses that share our values and helped us grow our money to comfortably support a fourth child in our home.

All in all, God has been absolutely faithful to us in this unusual journey, and perhaps He is showing my husband and I a “natural” ministry. The neighborhood kids and their friends say they feel at ease in our house, even though we are considered the “strictest” of households.

These children say we are simply reasonable and they actually like that we care and encourage them to study, and want the best for them! The school administrators, guidance counselors, social workers, and one of the more hard-hearted teachers have been amazed at their transformation.

This has opened the door to talk about my faith with all of them. Because they have never seen anything like this, they want to know what makes our house different.

I do not know the end of the story, but we’re looking forward to where God is taking us!
