My business, a tour and travel firm in Nairobi, Kenya, has grown from a simple start up to one with a very good turnover. Besides that, I was appointed in a job which pays me five times what I’d hoped for. Even before receiving my job confirmation, the human resource manager told me that they were considering me for a managerial position, something I’m not qualified for.
