In 2016, I began watching Pastor Prince on television. I had been a wayward believer since I was a young boy, believing that God had preserved my life but that I was not respected or loved by Him, like Cain or Esau.

After 42 years of womanizing, drinking, and drugs, I surrendered my life to God wholeheartedly. Pastor Prince preached about God’s love for each of us, His complete forgiveness of our sin, and His gift of no condemnation. God delivered me from jail and prison, and I witnessed multitudes of miracles. I have now been free from drugs and alcohol for 10 years and am no longer a womanizer. God has also blessed me with a godly wife.

I start each day in the Word and am learning to pray about everything. I watch Pastor Prince’s sermons throughout the day and watch him preach whenever possible.

At the end of last year, during a physical, my tests indicated a high probability of prostate cancer, and an MRI showed many abnormal growths. In the first month of 2026, I watched Pastor Prince as I waited expectantly for the message of the year. During the service, Pastor Prince prayed for healing and cast cancer into the sea. He also said to write in when the results came in.

Around the same time, the pastor at my local church called forward those who wanted to be anointed with oil and prayed over. I went forward and received prayer as well.

Even though I had experienced multitudes of miracles over the last 10 years, waiting for the biopsy and its results was still unnerving. After the initial biopsy had to be rescheduled, I underwent the procedure and waited 2 weeks for the results. My consultation was then canceled because of the surgeon’s schedule. But the next day, the surgeon sent me a message saying I was cancer-free. All praise to God!

And the good news kept coming. The very next day, I was informed that I had not been fired from my job. The stress I had been under had caused me to do poorly at work. Then, the following day, I was informed that my final debt had been forgiven.

When I was released from jail 10 years earlier, I was $400,000 in debt. I made agreements to pay what I could afford, and over time, each collection agency either forgave the remaining amount or offered me a buyout. I never expected to be able to retire, but God has changed my life to the point that I can now retire if I want to. At 65, I am healthy and want to continue working, contributing to my home church.

Through learning that God is love and living as the disciple whom the Lord loves, I now enjoy health and life. I usually put on a teaching when I go to sleep at night, and this has improved my thoughts and my days.

I backslid for decades because of fire-and-brimstone teachings that resulted in condemnation and caused me to give up. People need to know that you cannot mix law and grace! I live under the dispensation of grace and am the beloved of the Lord.
