For ten years, I struggled with pain in both my arms due to bursitis. The pain was so bad that I would wake up several times a night. It became increasingly impossible to run my cafe because I could hardly lift even the weight of my own arms on some days.

I took turmeric supplements to help with the pain, but they became ineffective, and I couldn’t take a higher dosage without getting severe abdominal pain. I didn’t know what to do until I heard one of Pastor Prince’s sermons about the Holy Communion and also on Podcast. I hadn’t taken the bread in church for four years because I could not consume the flour from which it was made. I didn’t think it was a big deal because I thought my heart and mind were still in the right place.

But after listening to the sermon, I decided to partake of the Holy Communion at home. I took it twice and specifically prayed over the inflammation. I also stopped taking the turmeric. The pain ceased within a few days and has not returned in over a month.
