Two weeks ago, I was exercising at home by myself when my back started to hurt badly. The muscles on the left side of my back went into spasm. I could hardly move and fell to the floor as the pain left me breathless. I laid there for more than 40 minutes. Every time I tried to move, the pain would return.

Sitting under your teaching, I believed that taking the Holy Communion would help, so I made my way to the kitchen and took Communion. The pain was still so intense that I had to crawl on my hands and knees to get out of the kitchen. And it was then that I confessed again out loud, “Jesus, by Your stripes I am healed! One of my benefits of being Your child is that You heal ALL my diseases!”

In the midst of spasm and pain, I stood up believing. And the pain left. It was GONE! Praise Him who is faithful to His promises!
