No Injury Despite Falling Down Stairs

A couple of months ago, my washing machine broke down and I couldn’t do laundry for 2 weeks. So I went to a laundry center in the city. While pushing my huge, heavy laundry bag up a flight of stairs, I stepped on a garbage bag on the 11th or 12th step and fell backwards.

At that moment, I didn’t say anything except “uh oh” and closed my eyes as I tumbled down the stairs. When I opened my eyes, my body was lying flat on the ground and my face was on the cold, wood floor. But I stood up unharmed and said, “Thank You, Lord!”

I believe God’s angels protected me that day. Galatians 3:29 says if we are Christ’s, then we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise. God’s protection and blessings are our inheritance today!
