Since receiving Pastor Joseph Prince’s messages and resources, my life has completely changed for the better. I was married for almost a decade to my former husband who became a different person due to his drug addiction. He got himself into bad company to feed his drug habit. His association with them made me feel unsafe even in our own home. I soon began to face depression and anxiety issues, and started taking anti-depressants.

During those dark days, I clung to the Lord and found in Him everything I needed. I also listened to Pastor Prince’s messages on how Jesus is our door of hope in our valley of trouble, and was so encouraged. Even though I had moments of extreme doubt, the Lord still held me close in His embrace. It was His presence that strengthened me and gave me peace to the point I didn’t need the anti-depressant medication anymore.

Eventually, my husband left the house and left me in the lurch when some of the people in his drug circle threatened to harm us. Even though he came back later when the situation improved, he continued with his drug use—that was all that mattered to him. Our marriage eventually broke down and ended.

But praise God I have been able to go to church and have found a new job and even a new home. God is a God of restoration! He has also blessed me with a new husband who loves me dearly. Friends and family say this man is so well suited to me that it must be God—even my husband agrees with this! The Lord has truly given me beauty for ashes and now, I’m living the abundant life!

I want to encourage those who are going through trials in life to trust our Daddy God and Lord Jesus, our wonderful Savior. Thank you, Pastor Prince, for pointing me to my door of hope when I was in the valley of trouble!
