I’ve been reading Destined To Reign and the part that really caught my attention was when Pastor Prince prayed for the protection of one of his students, who had been kidnapped by Adrian Lim. In his prayer for her, Pastor Prince covered this little girl with the blood of Jesus. Something went off in my spirit when I read that and I didn’t know why.

A few days later, I was talking to a coworker. He seemed to be upset. He told me his elementary aged brother had a friend who was missing, along with the boy’s father. The boy’s mother hadn’t heard from the father in about a week and the police were classifying this as a kidnapping case. My coworker was afraid for the little boy and was unsure what to tell his little brother should the friend end up dead.

Instantly, my mind flashed back to Pastor Prince’s story. I walked away to be alone and prayed protection over the boy and that he would be found safe and alive. When I saw my coworker two days later, I asked if he had heard any news about the boy. He said, “The police found them yesterday out of the state. They’re bringing them home. The boy is okay but that’s all I know.”

This boy was missing for a week, God heard my prayer and the next day the boy was found. God protects and answers prayers!
