I grew up in a very legalistic family. My dad was a pastor of a big congregation before he went to be with the Lord in 2009. Growing up, we were always taught to memorize the laws in the book of Exodus. Everything about my upbringing was that I good had to do in order to receive God’s blessings.

When my dad passed away, we moved to a different church near our home. It was the same church but a different branch and the teachings were also legalistic. It got to a point where I didn’t want to attend church anymore and so I stayed away for 2 whole months.

Long story short, I heard one of Pastor Prince’s sermons about praying for our pastors. Instead of being negative, I started declaring the favor of God over my pastor and my church. I told Abba that I want to attend a grace-based church instead of just hearing it on television or on my phone. I wanted to go to church knowing that my spirit is about to be fed with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Honestly, I don’t know how it happened or when it happened, but my pastor did a complete turnaround. He said he started listening to Pastor Prince’s sermons and found everything he taught to be true. He shared with us that since listening to Pastor Prince’s sermons, it has changed his views about God and now he feels so free and happy.

It’s been a few months now and I love going to church. Hearing the grace of God preached every Sunday is refreshing for the soul and I just can’t get enough of it.

Pastor Prince, thank you for listening and accepting the call of God. Your ministry of proclaiming the goodness of God through Jesus Christ has touched my family and me in tremendous ways. Praise Jesus!
