I am a mother of two girls and work as a secondary school teacher. I am currently on temporary teaching assignments, but I need to have a permanent job when my younger daughter starts school in September.

I talked to God about this need and also listened to Joseph Prince’s CD on the significance of the Holy Communion. I learned that as Jesus is also a Man, He understands our emotions and what we are going through in our lives.

I was subsequently called for a job interview. I remember hoping that I did not have to absent myself from my current school on more than one occasion because that would potentially disrupt lessons for the students as well as inconvenience other staff.

Minutes before the interview, I was reminded of the fact that Christ actually understands and sympathizes with my anxiety. That gave me such relief, peace and confidence. I was no longer worried about the process of the interview. So I went for the interview and spoke from my heart with the same calmness I had received while meditating on the truth that Jesus knows and understands what I am going through.

To my great surprise, I was selected for the job and didn’t have to worry about taking time off for any other interviews!

I know without doubt that the message I had heard had brought about the breakthrough. Praise Jesus! He wants us to remember that He feels for us in every challenge we face.
