I was in a store buying something to drink at the food counter. All of a sudden, the glass case that protected the food fell off the counter with explosive impact, just inches away from me.

The shattered glass flew everywhere even to the cash registers several feet away, but not one piece of shattered glass hit me. In fact, I was in a perfect half circle that surrounded me.
