Set Free from Drug Addiction by God’s Grace
For many years, I was trapped in drug addiction. My life was falling apart. I lost my job, the respect of others, and even the love and support of my family and friends. I felt completely alone, broken, and tired of the life I was living.
In the middle of my brokenness, the client I was working for decided to sponsor me so I could go to a rehab center. Not only did he take care of me, but he also made sure my family was looked after while I was away. That was already the grace of God at work in my life.
At the rehab, something life-changing happened. I was baptized and introduced to Christ Jesus. One Sunday morning, the sermon was all about grace, and it touched my heart deeply. I realized that God’s grace was greater than my past, my failures, and my addiction.
As my time at the center came to an end after 3 months, I was introduced to the sermons and teachings of Joseph Prince. Through these messages of grace and the finished work of Christ, I found new strength, hope, and freedom. Since then, I have never looked back or had any desire to use drugs again.
Today, my life is completely changed. I am back at work, people respect me again, and most importantly, God has restored my family. We are stronger than before, and the Lord continues to provide for us every day.
I am free today not because of my own strength but because of the grace of God through Jesus Christ.
