I walk a lot. I walk daily at the park, and living in a small city, I walk to places whenever I can rather than drive.

One morning, I woke up with a sharp pain in my left foot. It was so intense that I couldn’t put weight on my foot as it felt like I had a bruised or broken bone. I was limping so badly that I had to hold on to walls to keep my balance and could not wear any shoes except slippers. My entire routine for the day was disrupted.

I started taking the Holy Communion daily, praying and declaring that by Jesus’ stripes I was healed and that I had a new foot. As I meditated and took the Communion daily, I saw Jesus carrying my foot injury on His own body on the cross. I saw myself receiving His health in exchange. I saw myself walking without problems and even jumping! I thanked God for His healing even as I felt the pain.

I’m happy to report that in less than two weeks, the sharp pain has disappeared. I’m no longer limping and again I’m working out daily. Praise Jesus! To Him be all the glory! And thank you, Pastor Prince, for sharing the wonderful truth of the Holy Communion. God bless you!
