Ankle No Longer Swollen and Painful After Receiving Communion
I run 6 days a week for about an hour. I do about 7 miles in an hour on the treadmill and 5 miles when I run outdoors. One day, my ankle started hurting. It was painful to walk. Then it swelled up until it looked like a ball. I don’t know what caused it as I don’t remember twisting my ankle.
I have had Joseph Prince’s book Eat Your Way to Life and Health for quite some time. I just hadn’t got around to reading it. It seemed like a good time to start. So I dove into the book and started practicing what I was reading. I partook of the holy Communion once or twice a day. In less than a week, the swelling went down, and the pain left my foot! I went back to running again.
