Anxiety Reduced and Health Improved after Partaking of the Communion
I had requested for the Health and Wholeness through the Holy Communion book some time ago. I was struggling with anxiety, confusion, and a lot of different health issues such as heart arrhythmia, low iron, and a fatty liver. I was also in pain for a long time.
Although I have been building my walk with Jesus, I never knew how important the holy Communion was. But right after I read the book, I made it a point to start partaking of the Communion every day. I felt so at peace after day one, and I knew right then things were going to change in my life.
After 2 weeks, my mind became so clear. The anxiety is almost gone and I am actually able to relax and enjoy the day. This was something I never thought I would be able to do again.
My body pains are little to none and the chest pains I used to get daily are almost little to none as well. Who I am as a person right now is so different from what I used to be!
I’ve been extremely blessed by this book and will continue to partake of the Communion. I’m so excited for my future because I now know God is in complete control, and I can enjoy my life with my beautiful boys. Thank you for this book. It has truly changed my life.
