Pastor Prince, I grew up in a very religious household with parents who were deeply committed to their beliefs. Later, I turned away from religion because all I encountered was stress, pressure to perform, and feeling overwhelmed. It was only later that I realized Jesus accepts me as His disciple without my having to earn it.

A former schoolmate told me a lot about the gospel. She also gave me a Bible and took me to church services. This led me to profess my faith in Jesus and accept His sacrifice for me. However, due to work-related stress, I forgot to pray and drifted away from the good news again.

Then I became ill. I had to undergo extensive spinal fusion surgery because my spine had collapsed. This resulted in depression and frustration.

While I was undergoing rehabilitation after my ninth back surgery, my former schoolmate visited me. She introduced me to your books and videos and gave me the book Destined to Reign. Since my back still made it difficult for me to read books, I downloaded Live the Let-Go Life from Amazon.

I went through it completely and began fervently asking Jesus for His help, that I might recover quickly from my back surgery and soon be able to lead a normal life again. I also began to truly understand undeserved grace and that even I, who had rejected faith for years, am loved by God and Jesus.

I renewed my vow, confessed my faith in Jesus, and accepted His sacrifice. I am saved and pray that I may remain strong in my faith. I always cast my worries and fears upon Him. I read the Bible daily and watch your videos.

My back recovered remarkably well. Just 6 weeks after the surgery, I was already able to walk for up to an hour without assistance. I could also work briefly on the computer and read books again, even while sitting.

I have plans for the future again. I enjoy the birds in the forest and the flowers in the field. The negative thoughts have vanished. I feel more alive than I have in a long time. I have also overcome my lack of motivation.
