My husband and I wanted to start a family after we got married 2 years ago, but I miscarried twice. The doctors told me that because I was already 47 years old, my chances of conceiving were very low as my eggs were old and my ovarian reserve was low. In addition, they said I was possibly entering menopause.

Nevertheless, my husband and I decided to believe God for a baby. The Holy Spirit also reassured me on several occasions that God would bless us with a child. Even though I still did not conceive for the next 3 years and felt my patience wearing a bit thin, I continued to trust and rest in God’s faithfulness.

When Pastor Prince came to New York City during the Grace Revolution Tour in 2015, we went to hear him preach. At that time, I was feeling unwell and thought I was having a stomach virus or flu. But my husband knew I was pregnant and we decided to consult our primary care physician after returning from the event. My physician did a blood test and discovered I was indeed pregnant! My husband and I were overjoyed!

My pregnancy turned out to be a wonderful experience and I gave birth through cesarean section to a healthy, happy, and beautiful girl named Jasmine Michelle.

All glory to Jesus for this wonderful testimony! I’ve learned to put my faith completely in Him instead of negative reports. Truly, He hears our prayers and cries, and it pleases Him to give us the desires of our hearts.
