Heart With Long History Of Medical Problems Healed

From August 30, 2013 to September 1, 2013, I was in hospital for an issue with my heart. I have had a long history of heart “events” and this time, I was hospitalized due to a drug reaction that lowered my heart rate to 35 beats per minute and skyrocketed my blood pressure.

I was hoping to be discharged and as I was lying there on the hospital bed reading my daily devotional from Pastor Joseph Prince, the verse for that day was, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh” (Ezekiel 36:26).

My spirit leaped within and while I knew this verse pertains to a spiritual heart change, I claimed the word for a literal new heart! My echocardiogram (a test that uses sound waves to create a moving picture of the heart) now shows a normal heart with no apparent prior damage, and I was discharged from the hospital. I am so very, very thankful to the Lord.
