A year ago, I was involved in 2 accidents that caused a head injury and loss of mobility. I was bedridden and could not walk for a couple of months. Prior to that, I was working as a doctor, and I was so involved with work I lost my focus on Jesus.

After the accidents, my boyfriend had to take care of me and help me with the most basic tasks. Over time, our bond became stronger, and he proposed to me. I was ecstatic as I had never thought I would get married because I had been spending long hours at work and taking extra night shifts to pay for my house mortgage.

After the proposal, I was worried we could not pay for the wedding and my house mortgage. I felt condemned for being a “bad Christian” and wondered if God was punishing me as I had a failed marriage in the past.

However, it was during that period that I started tuning in to New Creation Church’s online services. When I heard Pastor Prince preach the gospel of grace, I realized my Daddy God loves me.

My husband-to-be and I began to cast our cares and anxieties to our Abba Father, and God has blessed us with so much supply and provision ever since.

We had more than enough money to pay off my house mortgage and for our wedding. My husband now has a successful business, and I am back at work as a doctor. God has worked all things out for good, and instead of selfish ambitions, Jesus has become the center of our lives.
