No More Anxiety After Receiving Gift of Righteousness
I contracted COVID-19 at the beginning of 2022. The emotional side effects were much stronger than the physical ones. I became severely anxious, and it was hard for me to perform daily tasks. My preoccupation with this disorder had a negative effect on my marriage, but my wife remained strong for me and supported me.
The doctor said my anxiety symptoms from having COVID-19 were 98 percent of the problem. I was taking medication for anxiety and steroid nasal sprays because the doctor said COVID-19 had given me what they call “non-allergic rhinitis.” I also went to a Christian counselor to help me cope with all this. Then the doctors put me on antidepressants, which seemed to help after a while, but there were many side effects.
Things did not get better until I started applying faith as I read the truths and encouragements from Pastor Prince’s devotional, The Healing Power of the Holy Communion. Now I am free of anxiety, and my sinuses are under control. I am also off all medications. Glory to God!
This did not happen overnight. It took over a year for total healing. The doctors helped me the best they could. But the perfect gift of healing came only by putting all my faith and trust in my Savior Jesus, and the biggest breakthrough came with my personal revelation of the gift of righteousness.
