No More Prostate Cancer

During an annual physical in August 2018, my prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level was found to be elevated. My doctor referred me to a urologist who performed a biopsy on me and found where the cancer was located. He said it was not an aggressive form of cancer and gave me 3 treatment options.

The first option was to have my prostate surgically removed. The second option was to be referred to a specialist and have radiation capsules inserted into my prostate. The third option was to take an “active surveillance” (monitor the cancer closely) approach. The doctor recommended a book that explained the first 2 options. He also set up appointments with the surgeon and specialist to explain the pros and cons of the first 2 options.

I ordered the book even though I had decided to go with the third option. When I received it, I didn’t read it because I didn’t want to fill my mind with the other 2 options. My wife scanned through the book and after doing so, told me I had made the right decision. I cancelled the appointments with the surgeon and specialist.

In July 2019, I did another blood test and my PSA level had gone up by more than twice from my last test. When I received the report, I wrote Isaiah 53:5 on it—“By Jesus’ stripes, I am healed! I am cancer free!”

One month later, I did another test and prayed over the area of my arm where blood would be drawn from. This time, my PSA level went all the way down to a normal range! The doctor could not believe it, so he scheduled me for an MRI the next month. During the MRI, I prayed in tongues and felt at peace throughout the entire scan. The results from the scan showed that there was no cancer in my prostate. Praise the Lord!

In December 2019, the doctor did another set of biopsies, and I also prayed in tongues during the test. When the results came back, all 12 biopsies were benign! Another blood test was done in July 2020, and again I prayed over the area of my arm where blood was to be drawn from. The test result showed that my PSA level continues to be very good. Praise the Lord for He is good!

Back in 2017, a co-worker had mentioned a sermon she heard by Pastor Prince that sounded good. I’d never heard of him before, so I went home that evening and looked him up. I have been listening to him at least twice a day ever since.

During some of his broadcasts, he started teaching on the holy Communion and the importance of discerning the elements. I requested his "You Can Live Healed" sermon series and listened to it over and over again. I also started partaking of the holy Communion twice a day, claiming that by His stripes, I am healed of prostate cancer.

Along with listening to his sermon series, I also listened to his sermon "Imperfect Faith Not a Barrier to God’s Grace". Hearing that I don’t need perfect faith to receive because the Lord will forgive my doubts and reward whatever faith I come to Him with was such a relief to me. Jesus comes down to our levels of faith. I know He did this for me! What a wonderful Jesus we have.
