After my son, Quincy, was born, he was diagnosed with autism. This broke my heart.

One night, I could not sleep and chanced upon the gospel of grace preached by Joseph Prince on television. After listening to his preaching, I learned about Holy Communion. Despite discouragement from my family, Quincy and I partook of the Holy Communion every day.

We also continued all the recommended therapies and enrolled Quincy under a special schooling system called the Individualized Education Program (IEP). When my son was 8 years old, he was removed from the IEP. His autism diagnoses have also been removed. With each passing year, his improvement astonished his teachers and physiologist. Praise God for healing my little Quincy! Now my entire family takes the holy Communion.

God also moved in my relationship with my partner. I was not married to the father of my children though we were together for 10 years. He began to take the Communion together with us and soon the Lord put it on his heart to buy me a ring. He proposed and we had a beach wedding on September 5, 2015.

And there’s more! My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease but because I am now fully persuaded that Jesus loves and heals, I have been encouraging my father and mother to partake of the Holy Communion as well. Recently, my father had to go into the emergency room and was recommended for hospice care. But after my mother brought him home, his condition improved rapidly. I know Jesus will fully heal him!
