In 2000, I started listening to Pastor Joseph Prince’s programs and ordered a lot of his DVDS and books. I am so thankful that I did because after twenty-six years of being free of cancer, I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, a type of cancer in which the bone marrow makes too many lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell). I had cancer of the thyroid and the cervix in 1980. At that time, I was so worried and scared because I was only twenty-six and living in Florida all alone, away from family.

But this time, thanks to the many teachings, I was not so worried or afraid, because through Pastor Prince’s teachings on trusting God and resting in Him, I was not only able to get through the chemotherapy alone in Chicago’s Cancer center, but I was able to share the teachings with others who were there, scared, and alone, just like I was in 1980.

Pastor Prince, your teachings have seen me through each and every day for the past eight years that I have been in remission. My doctor tells me that looking at my blood test results now, no one would ever know that I was once a leukemia patient.
