My fiancé, now my husband, and I got engaged in April 2024, praise Jesus. As we began planning our wedding, we quickly realized how expensive everything could be. I started to feel concerned that it might all be too much for us. However, we were determined to honor God and our parents by having a beautiful celebration that glorified Him.

During that season of wedding planning, I heard a message from Pastor Prince in which a woman shared that she had business debts she was struggling to pay. After hearing the message, she began declaring that her debts were paid by the blood of Jesus, and not long after, the bank cancelled her debts. I don’t remember all the details now, but I remember grabbing hold of that testimony in faith.

From that moment on, I began declaring daily, “I declare all the expenses of our wedding paid by the blood of Jesus, in Jesus’ name.”

Looking back to January 2025, my heart is filled with gratitude. God provided for us in such an abundant and supernatural way that this has become one of the greatest testimonies of provision in my life. The moment we decided to honor God with our marriage, provision began to flow, often in ways we did not expect.

Along the journey, there were many small but powerful testimonies. Family members offered to pay for our wedding favors, our boutonnières, and even our wedding bands. Each act of generosity reminded us that God was taking care of every detail.

One particular moment stood out to me. I had a flight I needed to cancel because I could no longer travel, but cancelling it myself meant I wouldn’t receive a refund. Just before I went ahead with the cancellation, I received an email from the airline saying they had to change the flight due to unforeseen circumstances, and that I could choose a full refund. That refund was exactly the amount I needed for my wedding shoes. I know it may seem small, but it was such a clear reminder of God’s personal care and perfect timing.

There were many big and small miracles and unexpected acts of generosity throughout the process. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and God answered every single prayer. I had listed every detail I was concerned about, and He exceeded them all.
