A few years ago, my husband and I moved to Paris with hopes and dreams of a newly married life together. We both received good job offers and found a great apartment in the best area. Things seemed to work out well and we were determined to build a life together.

However, we started to see cracks after a few months. Things at work became more and more difficult for us. My salary was also lower than expected and my husband had a pay cut. With taxes being much higher in Paris, we knew it would be hard to save, buy a home, and start a family.

As much as we loved the city, we knew we had to move again to make things better. We prayed for God to bless us with new jobs in London or Zurich. After many interviews, my husband received a job offer in Zurich. He was offered twice as much and we were very excited. However, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a job there as I couldn’t speak German.

We decided to pray and partake of the Holy Communion almost daily. We also sent prayer requests to Joseph Prince Ministries. After some deliberation, God led me to support my husband and move to Zurich. He reassured me that He would provide me with a job a month later.

It was a hard decision to make when I was only getting rejections despite having a good résumé. Nevertheless, my husband and I continued to pray and partake of the Holy Communion together. After multiple rejections, I finally had the chance to speak to a recruiter who was willing to hear me out and view my résumé.

I secured my first interview for an ideal job through the recruiter. After a month and some tough interviews, I received the job offer! My salary is now 2.5 times my previous one. On top of that, our tax bill for France turned out to be less than what we had budgeted for. It’s a miracle and an answered prayer!

God came through for us. We’re now living in Zurich and we both have jobs! God is never too early or late. He’s always on time! I thank Him for changing our lives for the better. Praise our awesome God!
