I had a problem with lust and was addicted to pornography. No one knew about my addiction except the Lord Jesus Christ. I had tried to overcome the addiction by myself so many times, but was never able to be fully set free from it.

Six months ago, I received the glorious gospel of the grace of Jesus Christ through Pastor Prince’s messages. After I received it, I thought to myself, “I shall not try to stop this bad habit by myself, but I will let Jesus handle it.” So when I fell into the same sin, instead of trying to stop the bad habit like I did in the past, I would recall how Jesus Christ was crucified for my sins, and the price He paid for me.

I just kept on looking to the cross whenever I failed. When “I” failed, the “I AM” came to save me. Now, I am completely set free from my bondages by Jesus Christ and I do not even know when the chains fell off because I was not even conscious of it! By the grace of God, the end of my struggle was so effortless and amazing because of the work of our Lord Jesus Christ! I know these results are permanent in my life.

I would like to share this with others who are facing the same difficulty I faced: even when you sin, do not look at your sin but look at Jesus’ finished work on the cross. Remember how He has paid it all and surely you shall be set free in Jesus’ name!
