Pastor Prince, I was abandoned by my father as a baby while my mother was living and working in the Netherlands. Left without financial support, she was helped by believers God placed in her path in both the Netherlands and Portugal. I was raised by my single mother and my Portuguese grandparents.

From pre-primary through secondary school, I faced financial hardship, bullying, trauma, anxiety, and serious health issues caused by the bullying. Secondary school was one of the darkest seasons of my life. Despite this, I remained a good student and dreamed of attending university, trusting in God’s provision through Jesus.

After secondary school, I sent you a prayer request regarding my academic future. Afterward, I enrolled at a polytechnic institute in a mountainous city, far from my coastal hometown. I had only 200 euros, and my mother was bedridden. Yet I moved forward in faith. Miracles happened daily. I received a scholarship, secured student housing, and never lacked anything—food, transportation, clothing, or academic resources. God’s provision was so abundant that I completed my degree debt-free, something that had seemed humanly impossible to me.

For my curricular internship, I prayed for the best internship a student from this university had ever had. Fellow students laughed when I applied to certain companies, yet I was accepted by one of the largest advertising agencies in the Iberian Peninsula, and worked with major global brands. I built a strong portfolio, received the highest evaluation (20 out of 20), and successfully completed my degree.

Recently, I wrote to your ministry to pray for me regarding persecution I was facing, as I was about to present my internship report. The professor who had previously opposed me publicly defended me during my final presentation and looked like a completely changed man, an unmistakable divine intervention. After I finished my presentation, I was alone in the room for a moment with the professor in question. Before I left, he made sure to tell me that if I ever needed anything, he would be there to help me.
