I’ve been on a 14-month journey of healing. It all started when I was diagnosed with a fatty liver. I remember waking up one night with numbness in my side, which I thought was just the effects of gastritis that I had been having. Well, it got progressively worse and turned into an all-out burning sensation.

I still didn’t think much of it and told myself I would wait until my next doctor’s appointment. But once I told my doctor how bad the burning was, she sent me to get an elastography on my liver and, in the meantime, said I could take an anti-inflammatory to help ease the pain and burning. So I did, and it helped quite a bit.

When I had the elastography, the results were frightening. I had some damage to my liver, and liver fibrosis had started to form. I was terrified. All I could think of was the fear that came with the what-ifs.

In that time, I had to reach deep and find my faith. I called our church prayer team and asked my friends and family members to help me through this with prayer. I changed my diet and began to lose weight. My primary care physician sent me to a gastroenterologist to help manage my condition. I stayed in prayer and fasting, reading as much of the Word as I could and finding scriptures on healing.

I listen to Pastor Prince regularly, but one day while at work, I came across his YouTube message teaching on the Holy Communion. It was so profound. I had never heard Communion explained that way before, and that the believer could partake of the Communion on their own and receive healing.

For the next ten months, I partook of the Communion almost every day, speaking healing scriptures and Psalm 91 over myself.

When I went back for another elastography, there was no evidence of any abnormalities! I was amazed and so happy. Six months later, I underwent a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan. The gastroenterologist sent me the results. The MRI showed no fatty liver, no liver fibrosis, just a normal liver. I cried and praised the Lord for the marvelous work He did in my body.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your teaching on the healing power of the Holy Communion and for building my faith. I believe that if God healed my liver, He will heal everything else!
