Received a New Job and Graduated with a Master’s Degree
Two years ago, I was trusting God for a new job because I was working in a position that required long hours and did not pay well.
I had been following JPM for some time, listening to the weekly messages, reading the praise reports, and partaking of the Holy Communion. God had worked in my life before through this ministry, so I was confident of a good result.
At the same time, I had sat for a particular examination for my master’s degree 3 times, and each time, I received a “missing marks” result. This happens in my country when a lecturer gives you an incomplete grade rather than a fail, and you have to follow up with them personally to locate your exam marks or a missing part of your grade. I had grown tired of the process and decided to put my degree on hold. Honestly, I had despaired of ever completing it.
In August of that year, I started a new job. With renewed hope, I decided to follow up on the marks of my 3rd attempt. To my surprise, a lady at the examinations office told me that the marks from my first attempt were available and that I had passed! She asked if I was comfortable using those marks, and I agreed. That same office had previously advised me to sit for the exam again because they couldn’t locate those records. Now the marks were available without any further effort on my part.
Joseph Prince had mentioned in one of his sermons that staying in the Word is like switching on the light in your situation. As I stayed in the Word, trusting God for a new job, His light also shone into my exam situation. I was able to graduate, something I had given up on.
Glory to God, and thank you to Joseph Prince and everyone in this ministry for the truths. May God continue to bless you and reach more people with His love through you.
