My husband and I started listening to Pastor Joseph Prince and watching New Creation Church’s online service after the loss of our baby girl during the pandemic. We were strengthened by the weekly services and started reading the daily devotional as well. We began to trust God for another baby and started partaking of the holy Communion weekly on Sundays before the sermon began.

When Pastor Prince instructed us to write down our hazon vision, we wrote down 5 things, including having a baby boy. Shortly after, we found out I was pregnant and the weekly church sermons dispelled every fear from the previous loss of our daughter.

Every day was a step of faith. We prayed Psalm 91 daily and held on to a prayer prayed in church for couples expecting children. It said that with each passing day, we are closer to receiving our baby. We held on to these words and decided to rest in Christ during the pregnancy because when we rest, God works. We were also blessed by the resurrection Sunday video testimony of the woman who had a baby boy at 25 weeks. The baby survived and is healthy and fine today.

To the glory of God, we now have our baby boy and all the other 4 things we wrote down at the beginning of the year have all been fulfilled too. It has indeed been our year of many beautiful days. All glory to God!
