I grew up in a Christian family. I was saved at 11, but I didn’t fully understand what it meant to be a Christian.

One day, I found some video tapes at home and decided to watch them. They turned out to be pornographic. I didn’t tell anyone. That led to years of addiction to porn and masturbation, all through university. I battled this addiction alone behind closed doors. My family and friends didn’t know. I felt so dirty and impure. I cried out to God, but every time I wanted to stop, I couldn’t.

Things got really bad to the point I used to have nightmares about snakes and would wake up feeling afraid. Only the blood of Jesus Christ protected me. I prayed to be covered by His blood and asked Jesus to give me good sleep without nightmares, and I would sleep peacefully.

When I was twenty-four, I started watching Joseph Prince’s sermons on television. I gave my life to Christ and began declaring that I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I prayed every night to be covered by the blood of Jesus Christ and kept confessing His Word.

Not long after that, in the same year, I was in the living room at home with my family when I felt the most immense joy and the sweetest peace I have ever known. Then I saw a vision of Jesus! He was smiling, and He is so beautiful. In that moment, I knew I had absolutely no desire for porn or masturbation. I never wanted it again. I have been completely set free and have no more nightmares.

Praise Jesus! He is my Lord and Savior for all eternity! Hallelujah!
