A few months ago, my husband went for a medical checkup after noticing an abnormal growth on his scrotum. It was diagnosed as a sebaceous cyst and he was scheduled for surgery to remove it.

I was worried and had negative thoughts. As I tried to calm myself down, I remembered a devotional about Jesus’ peace in the midst of a storm in Pastor Prince’s book, 100 Days of Favor. I felt better after that and began to confess, “Jesus, You’re the only one who can melt away the cyst. I rest in You. Please give me peace.”

At 9am the following day, my husband went for surgery and I began praying for his healing. I kept declaring, “Melt away the cyst in Jesus’ name,” because I believed God is powerful.

Four hours later, my husband called me and said, “Our God is so great! Let’s thank Him.” He explained that the doctors had to cancel the operation because they could not find the cyst. It had totally disappeared! Hallelujah!
