Shortly after Christmas last year, I developed a cold. Around that time, my thyroid became swollen, and tests showed that I had hyperthyroidism. An ultrasound also revealed a suspicious nodule in my thyroid.

A few weeks before all this, I had visited a friend who had been given 24 hours to live due to complications from hyperthyroidism. I stood in faith with her family, and she miraculously survived the night. However, she passed away a few months later.

Because of what had happened to my friend, I was very scared. I remember crying to God and telling Him that I was not afraid of dying, but I was afraid of suffering in the ICU as my friend had. Two other friends whom I regularly pray with prayed for me and encouraged me.

Before all this happened, while I was praying for a promise to hold on to for 2026, I received this verse: “But Eleazar stood his ground and struck down the Philistines till his hand grew tired and froze to the sword” (2 Sam. 23:10 niv).

I kept hearing the word anchored in my spirit, and I realized that I should spend more time in the Word. So after receiving the diagnosis, I continued to read the Word. I was also very encouraged by the Vision Sunday message, the year of much more, that Pastor Prince preached at the beginning of this year.

The night before Vision Sunday, I had a dream in which I heard my father, who had passed away a few years earlier, saying, “Get a little fit, dear.” As I listened to the Vision Sunday message, I realized that it was actually God, my heavenly Father, telling me to be healed.

During this time, someone from GRC Online reached out to me. She did not know what I was going through, but she told me she was praying for me and shared an excerpt from Pastor Prince’s Day and Night Experience about George Müller: “His first order of business wasn’t even serving the Lord. It was to be nourished, to be anchored, and to find joy in Jesus.”

I understood that God wanted me to rest in Him. Then I shared my situation with her, and I am so grateful she stood in faith with me, like she had many times before when I reached out to her for prayer.

I was also dealing with a sensitive gut and heartburn, which made medication difficult for me to tolerate. Yet, with the audacity that only faith can give, I asked God to heal my gut along with my thyroid.

Over 6 months, I had lab tests every 2 months, and my results progressively improved. Throughout this time, I continued trusting the Lord for my healing—from 30-fold to 60-fold and then to a 100-fold. By the end of the 6 months, my test results showed that my thyroid function had returned to normal. I am writing this testimony after meeting with my endocrinologist, who has released me from his care.

Not just that, when my ultrasound in January showed a suspicious nodule in my thyroid, I also wrote 1 John 4:17 on the report, just as I had heard someone do in a testimony. My follow-up ultrasound later showed that the nodule was no longer present. My gut has also been doing well.

I am grateful to Jesus, Pastor Prince, and everyone in his ministry. Not only did I receive 100-fold healing, but I was also blessed with peace and a heart at rest for the most part as I waited for my miracle. Whenever I experienced fear or doubt, I was grateful for the Holy Spirit, as well as the friends and resources that continually pointed me back to Jesus.
